Transantiago.-

Hi everyone !, well, today I'm going to talk about our system of transport in Santiago called Transantiago. This system started about february of 2007. Firstly, It was a chaos, the bus stop were crowded (actually too, but today is a little better) and the people hunged of the buses. The old system had yellow buses, now we have white and green buses in the great avenues. In the smaller streets we have buses of different colours depends of area. When it started, I didn't use buses much, I walked to my school and when I had to moved I used the subway. Now, I have to use this system because my University is not closer of the subway, so I take a bus to arrive here. My experience is not very tragic, I have many options and buses to come here, but the most of them are crowded on the morning and when I left the University, at the afternoon, are crowded too. A bad thing about this system (and the old system too) is the smog and accoustic contamination. Out of my house there is a bus stop and there is noise and smog all day. However, if I have the power to change this system, I'd change the buses for greener buses and I'd do a plan to educate to people to how they should use the public system, in conclusion, more information to the poblation.
